Hiring Business Head / National Sales Manager based from Mumbai

A Candidate with 10+ years of experience with specifically 3 - 5 year of experience in a leadership role handling a large sales team preferably from healthcare(Pharmaceutical) industry.
- Candidate must have an exposure of managing atleast 2 - 3 Zones with a large sales team
- Analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales for achieving the desired annual sales target
- Driving the B2B Sales Vertical by increasing Doctor Referrals across Pan India
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitors activities and look for new business opportunities in order to safeguard the customer base and increase market share
- Ensuring 100% implementation of marketing strategies in the assigned region through team members
- Strategize and plan camps/CMEs/RTMs across India. Communicate service schemes and offers to the key accounts managers and ensure implementation
- Manpower Planning and Allocation to ensure effective coverage of all centers
- Meeting Key Opinion Leaders
- Lead, mentor & monitor the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations
- Create & sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivate high performance amongst team members.
- Coach Managers to manage teams, set expectations, and motivate the team
- Work in close coordination with the marketing team to co-create and coordinate execution plan

We are looking for dynamic individual with an excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skill.
Excellent knowledge of medical science which is helpful for solving doctor query.
Possess Leadership & Managerial qualities.
